Daily Responsibilities and Job Activities
This role is focused on residential and light commercial building projects, spanning from two hours up to two weeks per project. You would handle small kitchen and bathroom renovations, exterior repairs, and other improvement tasks.
Technicians are responsible for providing project estimates, independently managing jobs to completion, maintaining strong communication with customers, and ensuring satisfaction.
You will be in charge of sourcing materials, billing, documentation, and following company processes for quality delivery. The expectation is to wow every customer through reliable, clean, and respectful service, building lasting relationships.
