This job comes with a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 and offers full-time, in-person employment. IBM is seeking candidates with SAP consulting and leadership experience.

In this role, you'll lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management solutions tailored to unique client needs.

Responsibilities span from organizing and guiding requirements workshops to mentoring and coaching your team of consultants to achieve impactful results.

You'll be at the forefront of strategy development, working closely with clients on SAP projects, ensuring timely, high-quality solution delivery and supporting business development activities.

Being fluent in French is an asset, and willingness to travel for projects is required, making adaptability and communication critical strengths for success.
