Day-to-Day Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Greenhouse Aide position is all about teamwork and physical activity. Expect days filled with hands-on tasks like harvesting vegetables, supporting plant care, and organizing workspace.

Daily work involves clipping, twining, and pruning plants. You’ll learn to seed and transplant, all while being guided by knowledgeable plant science staff. Full training is provided, so experience isn’t required.

You’ll also rotate on weekend checklists and collaborate closely with teammates to manage crop health, ensure quality, and maintain productive output throughout your workweek.

Keeping the work environment clean and organized is a key part of this job. Health and safety training and certifications are included for all new hires.
